There are rotary shavers in all price ranges from about $30 up to $300. Here are two popular models in the mid ($70-$90) price range.

Philips Norelco 7810 

The Philips Norelco is a serie of rotary shavers in different price classes. The most popular is the 7810 modell.

This is a quick and easy shaver in the mid price range.

The head has both slots and holes to be able to handle both long hairs and short stubble. It is washable and claims to have a head system that automatically adjusts to every curve on the face.

The shaver is cordless but has an AC adapter for corded operation.

Remington R5130

Remington also has a serie of rotary shavers. The R5130 seems to be the most popular.

The feature list of this shaver is almost the same as for the Philips - adjustable heads, washable, cordless.

It also features corded operation and has Titanium-coated blades.

In one of the reviews there were complaints about the heads not being as adjusteable as competing brands.
